What is the Holistic Menopause Method Program?

It is an 8 week online group coaching program designed to help midlife women navigate the hormonal changes of menopause. Through personalized strategies based on your menopause stage, you’ll gain tools to optimize your health, manage symptoms, and create sustainable habits for long-term wellness.

How does this program work?

The program includes 8 weekly online group coaching sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes long, with a personalized plan based on your menopause stage, and access to downloadable tools and resources. Each week builds on the previous one, with interactive sessions addressing hormone balancing, nutrition, weight management, stress reduction, and sleep optimization, with materials available in your portal for review, the Monday of each week’s group coaching session.

What if I am still in perimenopause?

What if I miss a week of the program?

No problem! All workshops are recorded so that you can revisit at your own pace. You’ll never lose access during the 8 weeks, so you can catch up anytime.

Live participation is encouraged as much as possible for the group interaction and coaching.

How much time should I set aside each week?

Plan to spend 3 to 5 hours per week, which includes the live coaching session, time to review the materials, and integrate new habits into your routine. The program is designed to fit into a busy schedule as many of the practices (like stress management or nutrition shifts) will naturally fit into your daily routine.

What if I’m under the care of a doctor or taking medication?

That’s absolutely fine. This program is meant to complement, not replace, medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to medication, supplements, or treatments.

How is this different from just Googling menopause advice?

This is a group-based program where you’ll be part of a group of like-minded women navigating similar challenges. Personal coaching is not included. However the live sessions create a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and celebrate progress. You’ll have opportunities to connect and feel supported throughout.
