The address is 280 Willow Street, Truro, NS. (where the bus station is, but it has a separate private area for yoga classes, workshops, and more!). Come in the front door facing Willow Street.
Please come to the workshop with a clean face and hair elastics or a headband to hold your hair off your face. We will be using a face oil on our face. Dress in layers of clothes, with a V-neck T-shirt or tank top (better) to do lymphatic drainage work on your chest, neck, and face. Bring a water bottle if you'd like.
