Hi, I'm Lorraine!

I've been exactly where you are.

I spent years feeling like I was doing everything right, and still watching my energy, mood, sleep, and confidence slip away. No one warned me perimenopause could show up this way. I had to figure it out myself.

That journey is what led me to become a Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach, and it's why I created the Holistic Hormone Collective. Because every woman deserves clear, compassionate support for this season.

Not at all. The Collective is designed for women in perimenopause and menopause, whether you're just starting to notice changes in your 30s & 40s or are well into your menopause journey. The content is relevant across all stages of the midlife hormone transition.


What if I can't make the live calls?

No worries, all live calls are recorded and added to the membership library, so you can watch at a time that works for you.


How much time will I need each week?

The Collective is designed for real, busy lives. You can engage as much or as little as you like. Even dipping in for 20–30 minutes a week can make a meaningful difference over time.


Can I cancel anytime?
