It's an 8 week online group coaching program designed exclusively for women in perimenopause who want to take control of unpredictable symptoms and feel confident in their bodies again... while getting REAL results that last!
You will find your specific 'perimenopause type' which helps you stop second-guessing and start aligning with what actually works for you.
The program includes 8 weekly online group coaching sessions lasting approximately 60-90 minutes long. We will work on a personalized plan based on your perimenopause type. Each week builds on the previous one, with interactive sessions addressing hormone balancing, nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and sleep optimization. All resources and materials will be available in your portal for review the Monday of each week, with a weekly check-in as well.
No problem! All workshops are recorded so that you can revisit at your own pace. You’ll never lose access during the 8 weeks, so you can catch up anytime.
Live participation is encouraged as much as possible for the group interaction and coaching.
Plan to spend 1.5 to 2 hours per week, which includes the live coaching session, time to review the materials, and integrate new habits into your routine. I'm Lorraine Crowe.
I'm a Certified Holistic Perimenopause and Menopause Coach Specialist who works specifically with women in midlife and beyond — not because this stage is a problem to be fixed, but because it’s one that deserves better information and better support. When I first started experiencing menopause symptoms, I felt lost and alone as no one was talking about it. So I became certified and learned how to balance my body for better health now, and specifically for the long term.
I now support peri and post-menopausal women using a science-informed, compassionate approach to nutrition, movement, and metabolic health. My work focuses on nutrition, muscle, bone, heart & brain health, insulin sensitivity, and stress physiology — the foundations of long-term health during the menopause transition.
This program was designed to reflect how perimenopausal bodies actually work, not outdated advice meant for younger hormones.
I created the 8-Week Holistic Perimenopause Pathway after working with other women who were doing “all the right things” and still feeling inflamed, tired, and disconnected from their bodies. What they needed wasn’t more discipline — it was a framework that actually reflected perimenopausal bodies.
My approach is calm, practical, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. I’ll never ask you to override your body’s signals or ignore your lived experience. Instead, I’ll help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface — so you can make decisions from a place of clarity, not frustration.
