Do I need to be in menopause to join?

Not at all. The Collective is designed for women in perimenopause and menopause, whether you're just starting to notice changes in your 30s & 40s or are well into your menopause journey. The content is relevant across all stages of the midlife hormone transition.

What if I can't make the live calls?

No worries, all live calls are recorded and added to the membership library, so you can watch at a time that works for you.

How much time will I need each week?

The Collective is designed for real, busy lives. You can engage as much or as little as you like. Even dipping in for 20–30 minutes a week can make a meaningful difference over time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Is this the same as working with Lorraine 1-on-1?

The Collective is a group membership, not personal coaching. However, the monthly live calls give you the opportunity to ask questions directly, and the depth of content is designed to give you the education you need to make real changes.
